We've been much too quiet on the site lately, and I apologize. I've finally dug through the most overwhelming work burst ever, and for the last week or so have been relaxing in numb silence. We've had a great time getting ready for Christmas. Devon is very excited about Santa coming, and he enjoyed buying and making some small gifts. He's probably the only 3-year-old in the world who decided he'd rather buy his baby sister some shoes instead of a toy. He's been a great cookie-baking helper too. I have a few more sets of pictures ready to post - including the kids playing outside in all of our new snow and some now old-news photos of Rylee's birthday party last month. For starters, here's Devon doing his Christmas preparation, including hanging the stockings and putting out some cookies for Santa. Poor Rylee was just too tired to help out this year.
