Lea and Bob have signed a purchase contract for this house...conveniently located next door to the Holm-Hansen clan. The house looks tiny from the front, but it's deceiving. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus several large living room/family room type spaces. There is a nice centrally-located kitchen, sliding doors out to a deck from the top level and a patio from the lower level, a workshop, big laundry room, lots of closets/storage, and a 2-car garage. They are scheduled to close on March 15. Congratulations!!
Here are a few outside shots...inside is currently a bit bland (everything from walls to floors to counters to furniture in shades of white to tan to brown), but they are already scheming about how to cozy it up with colors and plants, etc.
