Blackstrap Pork Chops

This is very fast, very easy, and very yummy. From Cooking Light. -- Darienne

1/3 cup molasses
3 tablespoons steak sauce (such as A.1.)
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
14/ teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 (6-oz.) bone-in, center-cut pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray

Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Sprinkle pork with salt and black pepper. Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour molasses mixture over pork; cook 2 minutes.
Serves 4.
